Abstract:	Рассматриваются вопросы по формированию объектов недвижимости в условиях реформирования института прав собственности, которые тесно связаны с решением фундаментальной проблемы разработки концепции объекта недвижимости (или структуры прав собственности на объект) и соответствующей процедуры формирования объекта недвижимости, связанной с установлением технических, экономических характеристик объекта и установлением его юридического статуса.
Description:	Considers the questions on formation of objects of the real estate in the conditions of reforming of the Institute of property rights, which are closely connected with the decision of fundamental problems of the development of the concept of a real estate object (or the structure of property rights to the object) of and the procedure for the formation of a real estate object that is associated with the establishment of the technical and economic characteristics of an object and the establishment of its legal status.
