| Abstract: | Рассмотрены проблемы зависимости производительности труда от социальных факторов, их особенности для угольной отрасли народного хозяйства. Дан анализ существующего состояния финансирования социальных мероприятий на шахтах: затрат на технику безопасности, охрану труда, оздоровление, лечение и заработную плату. Показана зависимость потерь времени и производительности труда от размеров финансирования мероприятий. Выявлены последствия игнорирования социальных проблем в угольной промышленности Украины, обоснованы мероприятия по их устранению. |
| Description: | The paper examines the problems of dependence between the labor productivity and social factors, their peculiarities in the coal mining industry. It analyses the current state of financing the social measures at the mines: expenses on the labor safety, labor protection, recovery, medical treatment, and wages. It illustrates the dependence between the time and labor productivity losses, on the one hand, and social measures financing, on the other. The consequences of neglecting the social problems in the coal mining of Ukraine are determined and the measures of their elimination are proposed. |
