| Description: | Economic reforms are accompanied by the changes of the business environment, and at the same time, of the economic, organizational and legal status of the companies. This expands the risk area that threatens their safety. The paper studies the possibilities for the corporate management bodies to influence this situation I order to increase the companies' vitality. |
