| Abstract: | Mining has the highest rate of occupational fatalities among all Ukrainian industries. In this article the problems of safety are discussed. The developing of complex safety system is proposed. The principles of ‘risk assessment’ are described. The using of safety system is possible minimize an acceptable and reasonable level of risk. |
