| Abstract: | В статті наведені результати дослідження складових сил різання при тонкому абразивному шліфуванні деталей тертя з нових композиційних сплавів на основі відходів легованих сталей інструментального виробництва 86Х6НФТ та 4ХМНФС для важких умов роботи поліграфічних машин. Встановлені закономірності впливу режимів тонкого шліфування, матеріалу зерна та зернистості абразивного інструменту, матеріалу зв'язки кругу на механізм утворення складових сил різання у зоні зрізання стружки вершиною абразивного зерна |
| Description: | In the article the research results of cutting forces’ rectangular components at fine abrasive grinding of friction pieces of new composite materials on the base of grinding alloy tool steels’ wastes of 86Х6НФТ, 4ХМНФС for heavy operating conditions of printing machines have been presented. The regularities of an influence of fine grinding parameters, material of grain, abrasive tool graininess and abrasive disc’s material of bond for mechanism of formation of cutting forces’ rectangular components at the zone of cuttings by abrasive grain top have been determined |
