| Description: | The article deals with the analysis of the levels of development of the administrative and communicative qualities of would-be teachers of natural sciences. The following structural components of the administrative and communicative qualities of would-be teachers have been discriminated, namely the motivational, cognitive and actional ones. Based on the results of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the level of the development of the administrative and communicative qualities of the respondents proves to be only good enough and requires the creation of a system of pedagogical conditions aimed at its rise and correction |
