| Description: | The paper considers some aspects of the problem of post-graduate pedagogical education. Much attention is paid to the unity and consistency of all the elements of mathematics teachers’ post-graduate education. The author proves the necessity of using general ideas of andragogics (the theory of adult learning) in mathematics teachers’ post-graduate education and analyzes the essence of the аndragogical model of learning. Besides, the author provides the ways of implementing the andragogical approach in post-graduate education |
