| Description: | Further development of Ukraine, its economic and political system is largely dependent on the state of the education system. The key role in ensuring advanced education trends is played by heads of educational institutions. Conceptual foundations of masters’ training in the field of educational institutions management in Ukraine are based on several theoretical points. Training Ukrainian masters in specialty "Educational Institutions Management " is based on a systematic approach, which ensures the accordance of educational process content with system management tasks. The concepts of masters’ training in managing educational institutions in Ukraine and France are very similar. In both countries the training of future heads of educational institutions involves solving an urgent problem associated with finding and selecting those with managerial talent and forming on this basis a professional leader with a new type of thinking and behaviour which corresponds to the task of creating a new system management. Curricula and programs of masters’ training in managing educational institutions in Ukraine and France reflect a complex of personal qualities necessary for effective management, knowledge required for management, criteria of forming managerial skills. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of case study method, which allows a future educational managers to master the technique of decision making |
