Abstract:	Розглянуто сутність понять «енергетична безпека держави», «енергетична безпека регіону». Визначено фактори рівня захищеності енергобезпеки регіону від зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз. Для регіонів, забезпечених власними енергоресурсами, запропонована система показників і градації оцінки рівня енергетичної безпеки, а також основні напрямки механізму її забезпечення.
Description:	The essence of the concepts of "energy security", "energy security in the region." The factors causing the security level of energy security in the region from external and internal threats. For the region and ensuring their own energy resources, proposed a system of performance evaluation and grading the level of energy security, as well as the main directions of the mechanism for achieving this.
