| Abstract: | У статті автором розглянута сутність професійної культури, проаналізовані її складові професія і "культура". Акцентовано увагу на компонентах професійної культури (праксеологічному, управлінському, моральному тощо). За основу дослідження взята освітньо-кваліфікаційна характеристика інженера, яка була доповнена з урахуванням сучасних вимог ринку праці. |
| Description: | In the article the essence of professional culture is considered an author, its constituents are analysed "profession" and "cultures". Attention on the components of professional culture is accented (prakseologikal, administrative, moral and etc). For the basis of research educational-qualifying description of engineer, which was complemented taking into account the modern requirements of labour-market, is taken. |
