| Abstract: | У статті досліджується актуальна педагогічна проблема оптимізації навчального процесу підготовки сучасних інженерів у вищих технічних навчальних закладах України. Автор наголошує на необхідності перенесення акцентів з підготовки класного, але вузько орієнтованого фахівця, на підготовку професіонала з гнучким мисленням, загальною та професійною культурою, здатного успішно вирішувати професійні завдання у сфері наукоємкого виробництва. |
| Description: | The article deals with the urgent pedagogical problem of educational process optimization when preparing modem engineers in higher technical educational establishments in Ukraine The author underlines the necessity to transfer the stress from the preparation of a perfect specialist but with a narrow orientated specialization towards the preparation of a professional with flexible mentality, general and professional culture, capable of successful solving professional tasks in the sphere of high-tech industry. |
