| Abstract: | У статті аналізуються історичні аспекти трудової міграції українців, виявляються її мотиви, напрями і закономірності. Професійна самоактуалізація вимагає активності особи при реалізації своїх потенціалів. Пошук цих можливостей в Україні обмежений унаслідок відсутності відповідної сфери зайнятості. Засобом вирішення цієї проблеми є трудова міграція. Сучасна міграція трудового населення с віддзеркаленням складних трансформаційних процесів в Україні, ускладнених масштабною економічною кризою. |
| Description: | The historical aspects of labor migration of Ukrainians are analyzed in the article, its reasons, directions and conformities to the law, come to light in different periods. Professional selfactualization requires activity of personality during realization of the potentials. The search of these possibilities in Ukraine is limited because of absence of suitable sphere of employment. Labor migration is the method of permission of this problem. Modern migration of labor population is the reflection of the difficult transformations processes in Ukraine, complicated by a scale economic crisis. |
