| Abstract: | С использованием методов аналитической геометрии в пространстве разработана математическая модель процесса стружкообразования при работе исполнительного органа горного комбайна в режимах высокой интенсивности разрушения, которые сопровождаются значительными колебаниями исполнительного органа вдоль оси его вращения. |
| Description: | The paper is devoted to the issue of modeling and simulation of the chip forming process for milling element. The methods of 3-D analytic geometry are used. The elaborated algorithm allows calculating the thickness of chips taking into account space coordinates and axially traveling of working unit. The results can be used for working process simulation of different types of mining machines and machine-tools. |
