| Abstract: | В статье предложена концепция воспроизводства интеллектуального капитала, основанная на системном подходе к определению структурных взаимосвязей и механизмов формирования и накопления интеллектуального капитала. Доказано, что наличие институциональных «ловушек» приводит к неэффективному воспроизводству интеллектуального капитала. Предложены направления повышения эффективности накопления интеллектуального капитала. |
| Description: | The article is proposed the concept of reproduction of intellectual capital which based on a systems approach to the definition of structural relationships and mechanisms of formation and reproduction of intellectual capital. It is proved that the existence of institutional "traps" leads to the inefficient reproduction of intellectual capital. There are proposed the recommendations directed to provide an extended reproduction of intellectual capital. |
