| Abstract: | In article some actual problems of system of higher education of Ukraine are considered. The thesis that effective means of overcoming of the crisis phenomena in educational system is strategy of formation of a scientific-theoretical way of thinking proves. It is analyzed some features of theoretical thinking and achievement of the theory of "developing training", and also the public reasons which prevent realizations of this technology. |
