| Abstract: | Як і будь-яка діяльність, діяльність по самореалізації «не дається» людині в готовому вигляді. Включаючись в неї, людина повинна освоїти її специфічні засоби, використовуючи прогностичну функцію, навчитися ставити цілі, вибирати шляхи їх досягнення, тобто стати суб’єктом цієї діяльності. Тому одним із пріоритетних і перспективних напрямків дослідження особистості є розробка методології і теорії вивчення процесу становлення і розвитку особи як суб’єкта власної самореалізації. |
| Description: | Problems of self-realization, in the looks of psychology of personality it is been the subject of specialist intertwined in their system of pictures of personality as difficult self-regulation system. In the article an engineer is examined as an active subject, transmitter of certain interests, social orientations, own aspirations and necessities. Аlso He is the active subject of labor which carries out the conscious managed productive activity. |
