| Abstract: | Рассматриваются особенности вредного влияния горных работ на недвижимость и способы учета этого влияния при нормативной денежной оценке земли. Предложен общий алгоритм определения стоимости земли с учетом влияния горных работ. Анализируются возможные подходы к учету вредного влияния горных работ на разных этапах проведения нормативной денежной оценки. |
| Description: | Discusses the features of harmful influence of mining operations on the real estate and ways to account for this effect in the normative monetary evaluation of the land. The General algorithm of determining the value of the land with the account of influence of mountain works. The author analyses the possible approaches to address the harmful influence of mining works at the different stages of normative pecuniary valuation. |
