| Abstract: | Подано закономірності формування та відбиття підпорядкованості простору рекурентної інституціоналізації відносин(РІВ-простору) учасників інтеграційних процесів і динамічних мереж узгодження параметрів взаємодії(УПВ-мереж), заснованих на співвіднесенні можливостей(М), компетенцій(К) і потреб(Б) акторів, обмежень на їх активність(О) і винагород за відмову від опортуністичної поведінки(В) через оптимізацію розподілу (Р) влади та свободи в рамках МКБОВР-балансу. Означена підпорядкованість забезпечує обмеження кількості ступенів свободи акторів через впровадження динамічних стереотипів циклічного повторення поведінки в межах феномену самоорганізації та формування відносин взаємосприяння наявних систем діяльності при пульсарній реалізації інтеграційно-дезінтеграційних процесів. Для формалізації представлення РІВ-простору й УПВ-мереж обґрунтовано технологію інституціонального проектування правил, концепцій контролю й організаційних рутин потрібних інтегрованій цілісності для подолання конфліктів локально оптимізованих систем і забезпечення бажаного рівня соціальної інтеграції, реалізованої через механізми репутаційного примусу та процедури заміщення опортунізму кооперативними відносинами. |
| Description: | Objective laws for the formation and reflection of dependence of the field of the recurrent institutionalization of interaction (RII-field) of participants of integration developments and dynamic networks for harmonization of characteristics for interaction (HCI-networks), based on the correlation of possibilities (M), competences (K) and needs (H) of participants, restrictions on its activity (O) and rewards for the denunciation of opportunist behaviour (B) through the optimization of power distribution (P) within the framework of the MKHOBP-balance have been presented. The proposed dependence ensures the limitation of the number of levels of participants’ freedom through the introduction of dynamic stereotypes of cyclical repetition of behaviour within the framework of the phenomenon of self-organisation and formation of the relationships of mutual cooperation of the current system of activities under the pulsar realization of integrated-disintegrated developments. To formalize the appearance of RII-field and HCI-networks the technology for the in-stitutionalized designing of rules, concept of control and organizational routines necessary for integrated integrity to overcome conflicts of locally optimized systems and ensure the desired level of social integration implemented through mechanisms of reputational forcing and the procedure of substituting opportunism bycooperative relationships. |
