| Abstract: | Для пошуку шляхів зменшення загрози внутрішньої кризи акціонерного товариства можливо використання інструментів нової інституційної теорії. Одним з шляхів обмеження опортунізму менеджменту компанії є участь менеджерів в акціонерному капіталі своїх корпорацій. У рамках запропонованої у статті термінології максимальний розмір такої винагороди не повинен перевищувати розміру ініціативних пакетів. |
| Description: | For search of ways to reduce the threat of a domestic crisis of the joint stock company may use the tools of the new institutional theory. One of the ways to limit opportunism management of the company is the participation of managers in the equity of their own corporations. In the framework proposed in this article the terminology of the maximum size of this remuneration should not exceed the size of initiative packages. |
