| Abstract: | Предложено численное решение дифференциальных уравнений динамики комбинированного инструмента развертки – метчика. Это позволило применить точные зависимости, связывающие силы сопротивления резанию и перемещения инструмента и определить колебательное движение инструмента вдоль координатных осей, траекторию центра и форму обрабатываемого отверстия. |
| Description: | Numeral solution of differential equations of the dynamics of combined tools tapreamer type is offered. This made it possible to apply precise dependences, that connecting cutting resistance forces and tap-reamer displacement and to determinate oscillating movement of tap-reamer along coordinate axes, trajectory of center and shape of the machined holes. |
