| Abstract: | Встановлено, що при алмазному шліфуванні сталі Р6М5Ф3 накладення коливань на заготовку вздовж осі шліфувального круга збільшує продуктивність обробки на 50 % та зменшує питомі витрати алмазів на 34 %. Зростання продуктивності обумовлено видаленням матеріалу переважно сегментоподібними зрізами, а також меншою інтенсивністю засалювання контактних площадок на зернах. |
| Description: | It is established that at diamond grinding of steel Р6М5Ф3 fluctuations of workpiece along axis of grinding wheel increase the capacity of machining on 50 % and decrease specific expense of diamonds on 34 %. The extend of capacity is justify on the basis of material removal in the most by segment microchips and more smaller intensity of greasing of contact areas on grains. |
