| Abstract: | В работе приведены результаты аналитических и экспериментальных исследо-ваний шероховатости обработки при шлифовании алмазными кругами на металличе-ских связках. Показана возможность ее уменьшения за счет принудительного формиро-вания значительных площадок на вершинах режущих зерен. Это позволяет объединить предварительное и окончательное шлифование, а в ряде случаев исключить трудоем-кую операцию доводки свободным абразивом из технологического процесса обработки. |
| Description: | In the work the results of analytical and experimental researches of the roughness of processing are resulted at grinding by diamond wheels with metal binder. The opportunity of its reduction is shown due to compulsory formation of significant areas at tops of cutting grains. It allows to unit rough and finish grinding, and in some cases to exclude labour-consuming operation of loose abrasive finishing from technological process of machining. |
