| Description: | The mines are characterised by increased technogenous danger. At the present time it has been worked out particular estimation procedures of coal mines danger. Three basic approaches are applied more often: an expert estimation of object or parameters, state esti mation of parameters or objects in comparison with norm, etalon or background value and estimation on the long term statistical data and matching with a normal state. The practi cal operation of the experts of the Соmmittee of the Supervision of Labour Safetu on the coal mines mainly on the first two approaches of the danger estimation. |
