| Abstract: | Проанализированы изменения, произошедшие в отношениях собственности в постсоветской Украине, с точки зрения их адекватности целям развития украинского общества и хозяйственной системы страны. Рассмотрены деформации, возникшие в процессе реформирования соответствующего института и наложившие существенные ограничения на достижение желаемых параметров социально-экономического развития и формирование эффективного собственника. Акцентировано внимание на невозможности преодоления отклонений в развитии отношений собственности без преодоления структурной, организационной и технологической отсталости украинского производства. Даны рекомендации по дальнейшему реформированию отношений собственности, в основу которых положена идея соподчиненности отдельных составляющих института собственности целям модернизации экономического базиса страны. |
| Description: | The changes in property relations in the post-Soviet Ukraine are analyzed in terms of their adequacy to the objectives of development of Ukrainian society and economic system of the country. We consider the deformation arising in the process of reforming the institute in question and significant limitations for achieving the desired parameters of socioeconomic development and formation of the efficient owner. The attention is given to the impossibility of overcoming abnormalities in the development of property relations without having to overcome structural, organizational and technological backwardness of Ukrainian industrial production. Recommendations on further reforming the property relations based on the idea of subordination of the property institute components to the objectives of modernization of the economic basis of the country are given. |
