| Abstract: | Розглянуто деякі моделі соціального спрямування економічних систем. Доведено, що навіть за кризового стану українська економіка має потенційні резерви формування соціальної держави. З позиції кейнсіанської і пост кейнсіанської теорії досліджено можливості створення системи більш ефективного сукупного попиту, який, з одного боку, є поштовхом нового циклу відтворення, з іншого боку, сприятиме задоволенню соціальних потреб населення. Висунуто пропозиції, що стосуються використання внутрішніх коштів, процентної ставки, інвестиційних пріоритетів та сукупного попиту населення. |
| Description: | There are considered some models of the social orientation of the economic systems. It is shown that even in the face of economic crisis the Ukrainian economy has potential reserves for forming the wel-fare state. From the Keynesian and post-Keynesian theory there are investigated the opportunities for establishing a more effective system of aggregate demand, which, on the one hand, stimulates a new round of reproduction, on the other hand, contributes to meeting the social needs of the population. There are given proposals, which relate to the use of internal funds, interest rates, investment priorities and aggregate demand. |
