| Abstract: | Проаналізовано розвиток ринку злиттів/поглинань в Україні, виявлено передумови його виникнення, проблеми та особливості розвитку в період 2004-2008 рр., кількісні показники обсягу ринку, підкреслені риси, характерні для кожного року розвитку ринку. Оглянуті позитивні та негативні тенденції. Особлива увага приділяється проблемам існування ринку злиттів/поглинань в період світової фінансової кризи, оглянуті прогнози та поради фахівців щодо подолання кризових тенденцій розвитку ринку. Зроблено загальний висновок щодо рівня розвитку ринку злиттів/поглинань в Україні. |
| Description: | The paper analyzes development of the market of mergers/acquisitions in Ukraine, identifies the prerequisites for its appearance, the problems and specific features of its development in the period of 2004-2008, quantitative indicators of the market; it highlights the features specific to each year of the market. Positive and negative trends are reviewed. Particular attention is paid to issues of mergers/acquisitions market in the global financial crisis; there are considered the forecasts and advice of specialists to overcome the crisis tendencies of the market. A general conclusion is made on the level of the market of mergers/acquisitions in the Ukraine. |
