| Description: | The paper studies the types of risks in managing personnel at the enterprises. It substantiates the relevance and appropriateness of the risks definition and analysis in evaluating personnel. A method of inte-grated risk evaluation is developed, taking into account the procedural specificities of the staff evaluation. It proposes and justifies the consistency and indicators of the risks evaluation, opportunities and benefits of their application in enterprises. |
