| Abstract: | Украина имеет достаточно возможностей для скорейшего достижения европейского уровня управления отходами. Для этого,прежде всего,необходима эффективная государственная политика с системой правильно расставленных приоритетов. Необходимо четкое понимание того, что развитое европейское государство, в первую очередь, должно заботиться не о высоких темпах экономического развития, а о качестве жизни своих граждан, а это значит, что решение экологических проблем должно быть первостепенным. Тем более, что по сравнению с множеством других экологических проблем, проблема отходов решаема и уже давно довольно успешно решается в мировой практике. Необходимо лишь воспользоваться положительным зарубежным опытом. |
| Description: | Ukraine has enough capacity for the prompt achievement of the European level waste management. For this,first of all,it is necessary to ensure the policy of the state with the system correctly placed priorities. There must be a clear understanding of the fact that the developed European state, in the first place, should take care not about the high rates of economic development, and the quality of life of its citizens, and this means that the solution of environmental problems should be paramount. The more so, that in comparison with many other environmental problems, the problem of waste is solvable and has long been quite successfully solved in the world practice. It is only necessary to take advantage of the positive foreign experience. |
