Одним з таких неврегульованих питань є оформлення прав на прибудинкові території. Запропоновані доповнення до ст. 93 Закону України «Про оренду землі». |
| Description: | Despite the development of the Land Code of Ukraine, remain unsettled some of the issues arising from the practical application of the norms of the Land and Civil codes of Ukraine. One of the outstanding issues is the registration of the houses adjoining territory. Proposed additions to Art. 93 of the Law of Ukraine «On land lease». |
