Abstract:	В статье обсуждается актуальность применения комплекса методов исследований для детальной оценки крупных строительных комплексов в сложных грунтовых условиях. Эта сложность обуславливается многими обстоятельствами:подработкой территории горными выработками;наличием в непосредственной близости крупного разрывного нарушения;развитием геодинамических зон 1 и 2 категории активности, приуроченности объекта к склоновой части. Приводятся рекомендации по устройству фундаментов.
Description:	The article discusses the relevance of the application of a set of research methods for the detailed assessment of large building complexes in complicated ground conditions. This complexity is caused by many factors:making money the territory of the mountain mines;the presence in the immediate vicinity of a large burst of the violation;the development of geodynamic zones 1 and 2 categories of activity, the timing of the object to the hillside part. Recommendations regarding the device of the foundations.
