| Abstract: | При ведении взрывных работах в угольных шахтах опасных по газу и взрывам угольной пыли применяют предохранительные взрывчатые вещества (ПВВ), которые представлены тротилсодержащими аммонитами и нитроэфирсодержащими угленитами. Наличие в составах ПВВ тротила и летучих нитроэфиров делает их экологически не безопасными и токсичными для человека. Поставлена цель, рассмотреть и обосновать новые принципы построения экологически безопасных ПВВ на основе эмульсионных ВВ или динамонов без традиционных сенсибилизаторов. Показано влияние различных солей ингибиторов, способов их введения в состав ПВВ, а также способа сенсибилизации на предохранительные и детонационные свойства последних. |
| Description: | At conducting a blasting in coal mines gashazardous and to coal-dust explosions apply safety explosives. In the core it is ammonites and uglenites. The composition of ammonites includes a trotyl. The composition of uglenites includes nitrate esters. Presence in compositions safety explosives of a trotyl and the flying nitrate esters does them ecologically not safety and toxic for the person. An object in view to observe and prove new principles of build-up ecologically safety ПВВ on the basis of emulsion explosives or dinomons without traditional sensitizers. Agency of various salts of inhibitors, expedients of their introduction in composition safety explosives, and also a sensitisation expedient on safety and detonation properties of the last is shown. |
