dc.description.abstract	The technique of definition of tops of grains on a working surface of the tool is considered at that article. Features of formation of a working surface of circles of various characteristics are shown at grinding on various depths. Also the quantity of the grains which have left a trace on the processed surface is defined, and law of their distribution for the first time is established at this article. Results of research of a working surface of tool are resulted at flat grinding of stainless steel 12Х18Н10Т	en_US
