Abstract: The paperrepresents options of cutting tool's stability improvements by increasing the thermal conductivity and damping qualities of milling cutter's knife's frames through the use of alloyed, metal ceramic, porous materials during their manufacture. The emulsion was investigated which was received by ultrasound emulsification method of machine oil SAE15W40. It was ascertained, that according to its characteristics, it doesn't give up its place to 5% emulsionon asidol basis
