Abstract

Peculiarities of modeling at switching and logic-functional levels have been considered and com-paratively analyzed. Modeling problems and methods at the above levels have been considered in brief. A possibility of modeling the serviceable digital circuits and those with failures under their mixed representation at the above levels has been investigated.
