Abstract

Війна та пов’язані з нею проблеми впливають на національну безпеку країни та на всі її складові. В останні часи для України, особливо із урахуванням наявних зовнішніх загроз з боку росії, визначальною для її існування як держави є проблема забезпечення національної безпеки країни. Досліджено вплив сучасної війни та пов’язаних із нею фінансових проблем на елементи системи національної безпеки, означені загрози дисбалансів у бюджетній системі держави, оцінено стан фінансової стійкості та перспективи повоєнного відновлення національної економіки. Надані методичні підходи до оцінювання наслідків загарбницької війни рф проти України з метою визначення і обгрунтування обсягів відшкодування заподіяної нашій країні збитків. War and related problems affect the national security of a country and all its components. In recent times, for Ukraine, especially taking into account the existing external threats from Russia, the problem of ensuring the country's national security is decisive for its existence as a state. The impact of the modern war and related financial problems on the elements of the national security system was studied, threats of imbalances in the state budget system were identified, the state of financial stability and prospects for the post-war recovery of the national economy were assessed. Methodical approaches to the assessment of the consequences of the war of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine are provided in order to determine and substantiate the amount of compensation for the damage caused to our country.
