Abstract

У випускній кваліфікаційної роботі магістра розкрито теоретичні засади, методичні аспекти та надано практичні рекомендації щодо формування комплексу економічних методів управління муніципальними відходами. Для досягнення мети дослідження були поставлені і вирішені наступні задачі: визначення сутності та економічного змісту, розроблення класифікації муніципальних відходів; оцінка еколого-економічних передумов формування стимулів ефективного поводження з муніципальними відходами; упорядкування зарубіжного досвіду організації управління муніципальними відходами; аналіз ефективності фінансово-економічних процесів на підприємстві; формування механізму інтегрованого управління муніципальними відходами; уточнення комплексу економічних та фінансових стратегій управління муніципальними відходами; методичні рекомендації з інвестиційного забезпечення механізму управління муніципальними відходами.The final qualification work of the master reveals the theoretical principles, methodological aspects and provides practical recommendations for the formation of a set of economic methods of municipal waste management. To achieve the goal of the study, the following tasks were set and solved: definition of the essence and economic content, development of the classification of municipal waste; assessment of ecological and economic preconditions for the formation of incentives for efficient management of municipal waste; streamlining of foreign experience in the organization of municipal waste management; analysis of the effectiveness of financial and economic processes at the enterprise; formation of the mechanism of integrated municipal waste management; clarification of a set of economic and financial strategies for municipal waste management; guidelines for investment support of the municipal waste management mechanism.
