FORMATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AT THE COAL MINING ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Пропонується сформувати три концептуально різні підходи до змісту поняття "стратегія підприємства": стратегія розглядається як процес, пов'язаний з узгодженням цілей та ресурсів, що перебувають у розпорядженні підприємства через певний набір правил прийняття рішень; стратегія розглядається як результат, тобто існує встановлення конкретних стратегічних настанов для забезпечення функціонування підприємства; стратегія розглядається як модель діяльності підприємства на основі розробки програми його функціонування як відкритої системи в мінливому зовнішньому середовищі з метою досягнення своїх цілей.It is proposed to form three conceptually different approaches to the content of the concept of "enterprise strategy": strategy is seen as a process associated with the coordination of goals and resources at the disposal of the enterprise through a certain set of decision-making rules; strategy is seen as a result, i.e. there is the establishment of specific strategic guidelines to ensure the functioning of the enterprise; strategy is considered as a model of activity of the enterprise on the basis of development of the program of its functioning as open system in the changing external environment for the purpose to achieve its goals.
