Управління фінансовою санацією в системі забезпечення фінансової безпеки вугільного підприємства

Abstract

В роботі досліджено сутність санації, визначено її основні завдання та функції, а також місце в системі забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства. Проаналізовано існуючі підходи до оцінки платоспроможності й прогнозування банкрутства підприємства, визначені особливості санації вугільних підприємств. Проведений аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності вугільного підприємства, а також оцінка ймовірності банкрутства дозволили виділити напрями санації.The essence of the rehabilitation is investigated, its main tasks and functions are determined, as well as the place in the system of financial and economic security 5 of the enterprise. The existing approaches to the solvency assessment and bankruptcy forecasting of the enterprise are analyzed, the peculiarities of the rehabilitation of coal enterprises are determined. The analysis of the financial and economic activity of the coal enterprise, as well as the assessment of the probability of bankruptcy allowed to identify the directions of rehabilitation.
