Обґрунтування технологій безпечного перекріплення гірничих виробок на прикладі шахт ДП «Мирноградвугілля»

Abstract

The analysis of the structure of the state enterprise "Myrnorradvugillya" is carried out, the mining-geological and mine-bearing conditions of mine fields of the mines, which are included into it, are considered. The analysis of occupational injuries in the coal industry of Ukraine, Donetsk region and the mines of the State Enterprise "Myrnorradvugillya" was conducted. The main hazardous production and factors, which indicate the largest number of accidents are revealed. In order to reduce the level of injuries, improvement of technologies for the consolidation of mining workings for the purpose of implementation of safety measures during repair work is proposed. The technological schemes of consolidation of workings and blasting of the rocks of the sole were flushed out, their drawbacks were revealed and the transition to technologies providing maintenance of workings taking into account the minimum number of fastenings was proposed. Parameters are defined for these technologies. It is proposed, depending on the size of the loss of pretentious workpieces, the introduction of technolo gogy strengthening fastening reinforcements, explosion-proof anchors or reinforcement with the previous strengthening of the rocks of the roof.
