| Abstract: | В статті досліджуються особистісні відмінності у розвитку і самореалізації фахівців в умовах науково-технічної діяльності; визначено зміст самореалізації особистості у науково-технічній діяльності. З досвідом фахівець все більшою мірою здобуває риси суб'єкта життєдіяльності, для якого характерна актуалізація потреб оволодіння і привласнення ситуацій, а через вміння їх передбачати і регулювати усе більше зростає й можливість усвідомлення того, що постійне зіставлення внутрішнього і зовнішнього, себе та інших, реального й ілюзорного, є умовою розробки конструктивних технологій життєздійснення, реалізації себе як професіонала. |
| Description: | This article investigates differences in personality development and self- realization of specialists in the scientific and technological activities; identified personal components of fulfillment specialist in scientific and technological activities. With the experience a specialist is increasingly taking on the traits of the subject of life, which is characterized by updating the needs of mastering and assignment situations, and through the ability to anticipate and manage situations, increases the possibility of the realization that the constant comparison of internal and external, self and others, real and illusory, is a condition for the development of design technology implementation itself as a professional. |
