dc.descriptionThe problem of improving safety of traffic on crossroads at one level with signal control is observed. The traffic segregation in time provides a significant decrease of the quantity of conflict areas, but there is an insignificant decrease of the accidents rate. Due to the fact that the signal control decreases the intensity of the interactive process of traffic flows on the crossroad, the improper decrease of accident rate qualitative indicators is the result of the occurrence of other accident rates because of the occurrence of the complementary interactive processes of traffic flows at the crossroad approaches and territory. The analysis of transport vehicles conflict interactive processes territory area changes at the crossroad approaches and territory on the intensity of the interactive process of the traffic flows in signal control phases is made. The conflict areas are found out to have a variable nature of their existence during the day. It is suggested to fix the spatiotemporal parameter of the conflict area of the crossroad with signal control at one level. Due to the parameter we can take into account the conflict areas territories and relevant parts of time of their existence during the day by way of sign of the time of the day on two periods: set of traffic lights performance, and its staying during the yellow light blinking or disconnected mode, and the sign of the time of the set of traffic lights performance in time of working off of certain phases control.en_US
dc.description.abstractРозглянуто наукову проблему підвищення безпеки руху на пересіченнях доріг на одному рівні зі світлофорним регулюванням, у межах якої вирішується задача підвищення безпеки руху на вказаних перехрестях шляхом зменшення інтенсивності взаємодії транспортних потоків на площі та підходах до перехрестя. Розроблено теоретичні основи розкриття зміни інтенсивності взаємодії транспортних потоків характеристиками конфліктної площі в межах підходів та площі перехрестя з метою подальшого зменшення вказаної інтенсивності взаємодії із застосуванням мікроскопічного підходу до аналізу транспортних потоків.en_US
