dc.descriptionBased on the literature review the authors identified three stages of opening a new urban route: measures before opening the route, opening a route action after opening the route. The analysis of sources on the Internet, shows that local agencies should develop their own position on the opening, closing and rerouting based on the regulatory requirements of the country, but clear sequence of actions they lack. The authors proposed a method for opening the route to the city report, depending on the initiator (Executive Committee of the City Council or the carrier). The method is proposed to use the executive authorities, local self-government, and car carriers, regardless of their affiliation, ownership, organizational and legal forms of business. Technique provides criteria expediency of opening the route: the minimum level of duplication of other routes, bandwidth availability of stops that will take place through a new route bezperesadochnist move, route profitability and range (or conditions) to change them. Based on the implementation of these criteria initiators's decision to open the route. The options presented are the itinerary, which can facilitate the definition of the demand for the new route. The methodology of systematic requirements for the opening of the route contained in the regulations, and a block diagram of the opening of the route, depending on who is the initiator.en_US
dc.description.abstractВиділено три основні етапи відкриття нового міського маршруту. Запропоновано методику відкриття маршруту в міському сполученні в залежності від ініціатора (виконавчий комітет міської ради або перевізник). Методика містить критерії доцільності відкриття маршруту: мінімальний рівень дублювання іншими маршрутами, наявність пропускної здатності зупиночних пунктів, через які буде проходити новий маршрут, безпересадкове переміщення, рентабельність маршруту та діапазону (або умови) їх змінення. У методиці систематизовано вимоги до відкриття маршруту, що містяться в нормативних документах та представлено блок-схеми відкриття маршруту в залежності від того, хто є ініціатором.en_US
