Приводятся различные взгляды на решение дилеммы лингвистического единства и лингвистического разнообразия, пути реализации плюрилингвизма в образовательной практике. dc.description.abstract	The article considers the processes of European integration as a communicative component of European integration, analyzes the ideological foundations of language policy, covers the history and characteristics of the Council of Europe policy in the field of language and language education. The various views on the solution to the dilemma of linguistic unity and linguistic diversity, plurilingualism in the realization of educational practice. Trends and lessons learned from the formation of the Council of Europe language policy in the context of European integration are summarized.	en_US
