Simulation and optimization may help in planning and realization of operations and so to help making the necessary decision. It also can provide companies with necessary basis for probable permanent planning of reactions on market and customer needs. Thus, simulation and optimization contribute to increase of company competitiveness, helping the management to avoid the mistakes and minimize the business risks
