Abstract

Метою магістерської роботи є розвиток, уточнення та розробка теоретичних засад, практичних рекомендацій з інвестиційного забезпечення корпоративних рішень на підприємстві. Уточнено зміст та місце корпоративних рішень в системі фінансового менеджменту та адміністрування підприємства. Визначено та систематизовано передумови інвестиційного забезпечення корпоративних рішень. Узагальнено та упорядковано підходи до оцінювання прибутку корпоративних рішень підприємства. Здійснено аналіз фінансового стану та інвестиційного потенціалу підприємства за окремими складовими та показниками. Визначено пріоритетні напрямки удосконалення інструментарію фінансового забезпечення корпоративних рішень на підприємстві. Удосконалено систему інвестиційного забезпечення корпоративних рішень на підприємстві. Розвинуто науково-методичний підхід обґрунтування інвестицій щодо реалізації корпоративних рішень на підприємстві.The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop, clarify and develop theoretical foundations, practical recommendations for investment support of corporate solutions at the enterprise. The content and place of corporate decisions in the system of financial management and administration of the enterprise has been clarified. The prerequisites for investment support of corporate decisions are defined and systematized. Approaches to evaluating the profit of the company's corporate decisions are summarized and organized. An analysis of the financial condition and investment potential of the enterprise by individual components and indicators was carried out. The priority directions for improving the tools for financial support of corporate decisions at the enterprise have been determined. The system of investment support for corporate decisions at the enterprise has been improved. A scientific-methodical approach to the justification of investments regarding the implementation of corporate decisions at the enterprise has been developed.
