| Abstract: | Изучено строение и состояние в растворах трех альдиминов госсипола, два из которых являются новыми соединениями. Показано, что на таутомерные равновесия основания Шиффа с 3-амино-5-метилизоксазолом, в отличие от других известных иминов госсипола, оказывает существенное влияние растворитель. Структуры изученных соединений рассчитаны с помощью квантово-химического метода РМ3. |
| Description: | The structure and state in solutions of three gossypol have been studied. It was shown, that the solvent has a significant effect on the tautomeric equilibrium of the Schiff base with 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole, in contrast to other known gossypol imines. Structures of the studied compounds have been calculated using quantum-chemical PM3 method. |
