Abstract

Factors that have a decisive influence on the choice of an enterprise's innovative strategy have been identified and analyzed. The main stages of forming an innovative strategy at the enterprise were studied. The choice of an innovative strategy of an energy company by building a business model containing certain blocks and components is substantiated.
