Механізм фінансування військової частини

Abstract

У випускній кваліфікаційної роботі магістра розгорнуто представлено теоретичне підґрунтя, аналітико-методичні аспекти та надано практичні рекомендації щодо уточнення інструментів реалізації механізму фінансування військової частини. Для досягнення мети даної роботи сформовано та отримано вирішення таких завдань кваліфікаційної роботи: визначено перспективні джерела фінансування господарської діяльності; визначено порядок оцінки ефективності залучення джерел фінансування господарської діяльності; визначено складові механізму фінансування військової частини: зарубіжний та вітчизняний досвід; охарактеризовано стан та перспективи фінансування оборонного комплексу України; досліджено сучасний стан фінансування утримання військових сил в Україні; проведено аналіз законодавчого забезпечення формування та розподілу фінансового забезпечення військової частини; надано рекомендації з удосконалення механізму фінансування військової частини.The master's thesis qualifies the theoretical basis, analytical and methodological aspects and provides practical recommendations for clarifying the tools for implementing the mechanism of financing the military unit. To achieve the goal of this work, the solution of the following tasks of qualification work was formed and obtained: identified promising sources of financing for economic activities; the procedure for assessing the effectiveness of attracting sources of financing of economic activity is determined; the constituent mechanisms of military unit financing are determined: foreign and domestic experience; the state and prospects of financing the defense complex of Ukraine are characterized; the current state of financing the maintenance of military forces in Ukraine is studied; the analysis of legislative support of formation and distribution of financial support of military unit is carried out; recommendations for improving the mechanism of financing the military unit were provided.
