| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Розглянуте загальне поняття і роль соціально-економічної інфраструктури, особливості та фактори її функціонування на промислових підприємствах. Виявлені існуючі механізми фінансування та висунуті пропозиції щодо залучення додаткових інвестиційних ресурсів, зокрема шляхом інноваційної діяльності. Задані напрямки подальшого вдосконалення оцінки стану соціально-економічної системи в динамічному стані та дослідження можливостей практичного використання цих індикаторів промисловими підприємствами задля підвищення соціального, економічного рівня розвитку з узгодженням із світовими та загальнодержавними стратегічними планами та програмами. |
| Опис: | The purpose of the article is to highlight the current for Ukraine problem of infrastructure facilities functioning in the current conditions at the macro and micro level providing separate factual data on the state and prospects of development, and also connection with sustainable economic growth. The general concept and the role of socioeconomic infrastructure, features and factors of its operation in the industry have been studied. The importance of resource conservation as a necessary condition of qualitative transition from an industrial to a high-tech stage by restructuring the existing mechanisms of management has been highlighted. The problems of effective functioning have been identified, the potential of constituent elements of Ukrainian infrastructure has been found in recent years. Distribution of public priorities and directions of the country's development with the accent on important indicators of social and economic indicators has been analyzed. Certain examples of global trends and events that influence stability and development of socioeconomic infrastructure have been studied. The role of the modern trend of economic socialization in strategic government programs of country development has been highlighted. The need to enhance the initiative of enterprises in harnessing the resource potential in the areas of internal investment flows due to weakening of competitiveness caused by technological backwardness of support systems and presence of threatening consequences in ignoring problems has been identified. Its interdependence and interconnection with its economic growth as the main condition for improving the efficiency of economic activities in various industries and the whole region have been analyzed. The existing funding mechanisms have been identified, proposals to attract additional resources of investment, particularly through innovation, have been suggested. The direction of further improvement of the socio-economic system assessment in a dynamic state and research opportunities for the practical use of these indicators by industrial enterprises to improve social and economic levels of development in accordance with international and national strategic plans and programs have been introduced. |
