| dc.description | Distance learning is an independent form of education, information technology in distance learning is the leading tool. Modern distance education is based on the use of the following basic elements: communication media (e-mail, TV, radio, information and communication network), and methods that are dependent on the technical environment of information exchange. Currently promising is interactive communication with students through information and communication networks, of which stands out among the mass of Internet users. Currently, there are domestic software development, which are widely used by both domestic and foreign organizations that provide services for distance learning. The article describes the main directions of the use of technologies of distance and open education in preparing students to increase their level of competence, and in higher professional education. It is shown that in the long term distance education can be a tool for removal of the territorial problem in higher education that simultaneously shoots and existing social problems. | en_US |
